Q: Will Windshield Defense protect against rock strikes?
A: Yes! Windshield Defense will protect your Jeep® windshield from pesky rock chips and other debris that often cause chips and cracks on your windshield.
Q: How long will the product last?
A: We recommend removing a layer every six months, but can last longer depending on your windshield usage.
Q: What vehicles is Windshield Defense available for?
A: We offer laser pre-cut sizes to fit the Jeep® Wrangler (TJ, JK, and JL) and the Jeep® Gladiator (JT).
Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: Your order will ship within 1 to 2 business days and should arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Windshield Defense™ is currently only available in the United States.
Q: Does my windshield need to be brand new?
A: No. However, we recommend installing Windshield Defense™ only on undamaged OEM windshields. Any prior imperfections could become more visible by the film.
Q: Can I use this product if I have Gorilla® Glass?
A: Yes, and we recommend you do! Gorilla® Glass can still get damaged by rock strikes, causing large chips in your windshield. Those chips can lead to cracks and breaks in the glass. Racing Optics® Windshield Defense™ is a great additive for Gorilla® Glass.
Q: What is the Windshield Defense™ Rebate Program?
A: Our Rebate Program is designed to reward customers who choose to have their Windshield Defense™ kit professionally installed by a vendor. If you opt for professional installation, you can submit online after installation to receive a $25 Visa gift card as a token of our appreciation.
